Job Description
Context: This Contract Talent Acquisition Partner role drives full-cycle recruiting across the Americas for consulting and technical hiring.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end recruitment across the U.S., Canada, and Latin America, covering both consulting and technical functions.
- Act as the primary Talent Acquisition partner for the region and independently manage recruiting across multiple business lines, hiring managers, and competing priorities.
- Partner with hiring managers and chapter leads to define hiring strategy, workforce needs, role requirements, and ideal candidate profiles.
- Recruit across specialized areas including AI, data science, analytics, data engineering, machine learning, and other technical disciplines.
- Build proactive, diverse talent pipelines using modern sourcing approaches, including direct outreach, referrals, networking, talent communities, market mapping, and AI-powered recruiting tools.
- Own candidate experience from initial conversation through onboarding, ensuring a high-quality and efficient hiring process.
- Advise leaders on hiring decisions, including interview quality, candidate evaluation, compensation positioning, and talent market trends.
- Balance day-to-day recruiting execution with broader recruiting initiatives such as employer branding, recruiting operations, interview training, and process improvements.
- Analyze recruiting metrics to identify trends, forecast hiring outcomes, and recommend data-driven improvements.
- Design and continuously refine scalable recruiting programs, including structured interview processes, hiring documentation, workflows, and recruiting best practices.
- Promote inclusive hiring through structured assessments, objective decision-making, and consistent evaluation criteria.
- Strengthen the employer brand through social media, networking events, community partnerships, and talent marketing initiatives.
- Use AI and emerging recruiting technologies to streamline sourcing, interview preparation, candidate communications, scheduling, reporting, and recruiting workflows while maintaining ethical and compliant recruiting practices.
Requirements
- 3-5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a consulting or professional services environment, including experience supporting a rapidly scaling organization.
- Strong technical recruiting experience across AI, data engineering, analytics, data science, and machine learning, plus experience recruiting for consulting and client-facing positions.
- Proven track record as a trusted talent advisor with strong partnerships across hiring managers, business leaders, and technical stakeholders.
- Ability to independently manage multiple searches across functions, geographies, and levels while prioritizing effectively in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Demonstrated sourcing expertise building diverse, high-quality pipelines through direct sourcing, referrals, networking, market mapping, talent communities, and similar strategies.
- Experience improving recruiting processes, including structured interview practices, hiring documentation, hiring manager training, and scalable recruiting programs.
- Strong analytical skills translating recruiting metrics, pipeline data, and labor market insights into actionable recommendations.
- Experience with applicant tracking systems, recruiting analytics, sourcing technologies, and AI-enabled recruiting tools to improve efficiency and outcomes.
- Interest in AI and emerging technologies, including the ability to quickly learn new tools and incorporate them thoughtfully into recruiting workflows.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with ability to establish credibility, influence stakeholders, and build relationships across technical and business teams.
- Strong organization and project management skills, including prioritization, operating through ambiguity, and maintaining momentum in a changing environment.
- High ownership, sound judgment, adaptability, and a proactive, solutions-oriented approach.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, Communications, or a related field preferred. Equivalent professional experience will also be considered.
