Requirements

Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, healthcare administration, or related field, or equivalent experience; PHR certification preferred.

Knowledge of clinical hiring requirements and credentialing processes.
Experience with an Applicant Tracking System; Paylocity experience preferred.
Understanding of Medicare, CMS guidelines, and hospice regulations.
