Responsibilities

Coordinate with the safety department to process applications so an approved application can be obtained and an orientation class date can be set for the candidate.
Maintain ongoing follow-up communication with contacts and applicants to support recruiting and ensure accurate representation and understanding.
Utilize established recruiting channels, including web-based online sites, online applications, mail-out marketing material, internal database information, inbound calls to the recruiting department, and cold calling.
Participate in field recruiting events as established by the VP, including truck shows, hiring events, and special needs events.
Develop and maintain a database of contacts and applicants that can be presented upon request.
Provide a weekly activities report to the Director.

Requirements

Schedule includes Monday through Friday plus varying weekend coverage.

Previous experience recruiting Drivers is a must.
