The Executive Recruiting Researcher role supports Google’s Executive Recruiting Team (ERT) by driving talent market research and executive search sourcing strategies focused on leadership hires (L8+). This onsite position in Atlanta, GA centers on identifying, cultivating, and engaging passive leadership talent through research-led approaches and close collaboration with leadership recruiters.

- Base salary (US): USD 111,000 - 159,000 per year
- Bonus: 15% target

Role Summary
This position owns talent market research and execution of executive search sourcing strategies for leadership roles across Google. The Executive Recruiting Researcher builds relationships with passive candidates and partners with leadership recruiters to provide domain and market insights, supporting executives with talent guidance for critical business needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and own search strategies, and deliver research against those strategies for executive searches across technical functions (including engineering, product management, and research science).
- Provide project management to drive searches forward and create consistent experiences for hiring managers/clients, applicants, and colleagues.
- Partner with leadership recruiters and collaborate closely to provide domain and market insights, trends, and recommendations for executives focused on their most exigent business needs.
- Build and sustain relationships for the future with passive candidates and talent.
- Contribute to continuous improvement and innovation to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of systems, services, and processes.
Required Qualifications
- 3 years of experience in research or recruiting within technical executive search research, either at an executive search firm or in an in-house recruiting team.
- 1 year of experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, industry publications, or related sources for market mapping and talent identification.

In this role, you will own the talent market for a specific business or function at Google, using tools, resources, and sourcing methodologies to identify and engage leadership candidates and build long-lasting relationships aligned to leadership opportunities.
