Responsibilities

Respond to employee inquiries and provide general HR support in a timely manner.

Requirements

Associate or bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred; equivalent education and relevant experience may be considered.
Three years of experience in a Human Resources, administrative support, or related role preferred.
HRIS experience required; Paylocity experience preferred.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook and Excel.
Professional written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and shifting priorities.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately.
Effective coordination of work activities with internal and external stakeholders.
Experience supporting employees in a multi-state or multi-location environment preferred.
