This onsite role in Atlanta, GA oversees end-to-end recruitment across Visa business units, coordinating with hiring managers to attract and select top talent for staff through leadership roles. The Senior Recruiter, Talent Acquisition develops and implements sourcing strategies, guides interview and offer processes, and ensures equity and compliance throughout the hiring life cycle.
Responsibilities
- Design and execute comprehensive talent acquisition strategies across all business units.
- Support Visa's positioning as an employer of choice within the marketplace.
- Craft plans to attract the required skill sets that align with Visa objectives within each unit.
- Serve as a talent consultant to shape Visa's future recruiting capability.
- Assist hiring managers in defining interview criteria and competencies; establish a consistent, valid candidate assessment process.
- Coordinate communications with hiring managers and candidates across all management levels, facilitating negotiations as needed.
- Deliver results with minimal supervision.
- Manage multiple projects and candidate pipelines concurrently.
- Prepare and support hiring managers during interviews to ensure efficient and professional sessions.
- Oversee the candidate lifecycle and advocate for internal and external equity.
- Manage offers, reference checks, and salary recommendations.
- Prioritize competing tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
- Participate in related programs and process improvement initiatives as required.
- Aim for high internal customer satisfaction and balance employee advocacy with business needs.
- Collaborate on Corporate Talent Acquisition initiatives with the corporate team to deliver premier services.
- Ensure compliance with audit, regulatory, and legal requirements.
- Administer and resolve employee matters while mitigating risk to the company.
Requirements
- Five or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree.
- Two years of work experience with an advanced degree (e.g., Masters, MBA, JD, MD).
- PhD is not listed as a minimum requirement for this role.

- The estimated salary range is USD 109,800 to USD 186,000 per year, and may include potential sales incentive payments where applicable.
