Greenheck Group is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist II to join its Tulsa on-site team. In this role, you will drive end-to-end recruiting efforts, source and screen candidates, and collaborate with HR and hiring managers to fill open roles while delivering a positive candidate experience. The position blends strategic outreach with hands-on selection within a growing organization.

Responsibilities
- Adhere to an established recruitment process to ensure AAP/EEO compliance and provide consistency to our hiring practices.
- Represent the company through professional, high-quality recruiting at community events, face-to-face and virtual settings, while maintaining positive relationships with potential candidates.
- Carry out the full lifecycle of recruitment to meet organizational needs, including sourcing, interviewing, pre-employment screenings, and extending offers.
- Utilize diverse sourcing tools and technologies, including social and professional networking sites.
- Build and manage relationships with hiring managers and HR partners.
- Partner with hiring managers and HR to understand needs and develop targeted recruitment strategies.
- Contribute ideas to streamline recruiting processes to enhance the candidate experience.
- Research, design, and lead innovative recruitment campaigns to create a pool of ready-to-hire talent.
- Troubleshoot and design potential solutions for recruiting processes or ATS challenges.
- Develop and tune processes and ATS configurations to meet organizational growth needs and future vacancies.
- Provide regular update communications to hiring managers to adjust strategy and maintain consistency throughout the hiring lifecycle.
- Act as a subject matter expert offering recommendations to HR business partners and hiring managers for an efficient recruitment workflow.
- Assist the HR department with other projects and administrative duties as assigned.
- Research labor market trends to inform stakeholders about current conditions.
Requirements
- 2-4 years of relevant work experience in Human Resources, preferably in recruiting.
- 2 Year / Associate Degree or equivalent years of job experience required.
- 4 Year / Bachelor Degree preferred.
- Experience using an applicant tracking system, Workday preferred.
