- Strong knowledge of federal and state employment laws including FMLA, ADA, FLSA, EEO, and unemployment regulations
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain strict confidentiality
- Proficiency with HRIS and payroll systems, as well as Microsoft Office Suite
