Responsibilities

Develop internal and external talent pipelines for leadership roles.
Contribute to succession planning and internal promotion initiatives.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; equivalent experience considered.
3–5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
Experience recruiting leadership-level roles in retail, grocery, hospitality, customer service, or related sectors.
Strong interviewing, sourcing, and candidate assessment capabilities.
Experience with applicant tracking systems and sourcing platforms.
Excellent communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

Recruit and sustain a robust network of independent contractor couriers across the United States in a timely manner
Plan and conduct virtual and in-person interviews or screenings to ensure partners align with STAT’s mission, values, and strategic goals
