About This Role
As the Recruiter, you will identify, attract, and engage high-quality candidates to meet hiring needs. The focus is on proactive sourcing, pipeline development, and managing end-to-end recruitment across the company. Salary: USD 55,000 to 80,000 annually.
Responsibilities
- Leverage multiple sourcing channels to locate qualified candidates.
- Develop and sustain a robust talent pipeline for current and future roles.
- Design innovative approaches to engage passive candidates.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to capture role requirements and craft postings.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and evaluate candidate fit.
- Coordinate interview logistics and maintain ongoing candidate communications.
- Promote Brink's employer brand across social platforms and professional networks.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience from application through onboarding.
- Arrange and participate in job fairs, recruiting sessions, and events.
- Ensure hiring practices comply with applicable employment laws and company policies.
Requirements
- Minimum one year of recruiting or sourcing experience, or a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Knowledge of current recruiting trends and best practices.
- Valid, active driver’s license required.

Location and Travel
This position is based onsite in Rapid City, South Dakota, with up to 15% travel required.
