You will work closely with hiring managers and recruitment partners to deliver recruitment solutions that align with business needs, quality expectations, service levels, and agreed SLAs/KPIs, while maintaining a strong on-the-ground presence.
This initial 3-month engagement includes travel across Los Angeles and other areas of the West Coast, with work carried out during Pacific Time business hours. The role is designed for someone who can manage multiple vacancies and interview stages while building strong candidate and stakeholder experiences.
What you’ll do

- Deliver an exceptional recruitment experience by acting as a custodian of candidate quality and the hiring manager experience.
- Collaborate with colleagues across functions, including Sourcing and Recruitment Administration.
- Build partnerships with Recruiters and Hiring Managers, lead recruiting discussions as a thought leader in sourcing strategy, and use that influence to improve outcomes.
- Work with sourcing and talent intelligence experts to create effective strategies informed by market insights.
- Provide high-quality candidate shortlists with accurate, complete information and clear recommendations to support informed hiring decisions.
- Share candidate feedback, challenges, and successes with Recruiters and Hiring Managers, recommending adjustments such as alternative locations, talent pools, or job description updates.
- Create and post compelling, accurate job adverts that strengthen the client brand and attract strong applicants.
- Develop proactive sourcing strategies for niche and specialist roles using channels such as LinkedIn and social media.
- Use data to measure sourcing effectiveness, refine strategies, and share insights and results.
- Engage candidates professionally across multiple channels including email, LinkedIn, and phone, regularly headhunting specialist talent.
- Maintain ongoing candidate communication throughout the process, support long-term talent pools, and ensure candidates feel supported and informed.
- Present candidates accurately and compellingly, advocating for diverse and bias-free selection processes.
- Track progress, performance, and relevant data in the appropriate systems.
- Manage multiple interview stages, providing data-driven market insights, supporting complex offer negotiations and reward structures, and partnering with senior-level hiring managers.
- Follow a high-touch workflow by investing additional time and attention at each stage to support quality outcomes and an outstanding candidate and stakeholder experience.
