Accenture seeks a technically fluent, AI-savvy recruiter to own full-lifecycle hiring for advanced AI talent across Agentic AI, large language models, AI platform engineering, and AI product roles within Corporate Growth Services. The role combines talent advisory, proactive sourcing, and a candidate-centric experience in fast-moving markets.
Summary
This position leads end-to-end recruitment for highly specialized AI roles, delivering strategic guidance to business leaders while personally driving talent sourcing and the candidate experience from initial outreach to onboarding hand-off.
Responsibilities
- Act as a talent advisor to business leaders, delivering real-time AI market intelligence on compensation benchmarks, talent availability, and competitor hiring activity
- Evaluate AI-related technical skills and adjacent capabilities, including Agentic AI, LLMs, AI platform engineering, and AI product roles, providing hiring managers with evidence-based candidate assessments
- Monitor shifts in the AI talent landscape and proactively share insights with stakeholders to inform hiring strategy
- Own full-lifecycle technical searches—from talent mapping and sourcing strategy through offer negotiation and close, including posting requisitions in Workday
- Build and sustain pipelines for scarce AI talent markets, leveraging diverse channels such as employee referrals, social media, industry forums, GitHub, OSS Mining, and other sources
- Apply AI tools and automation (Claude, Copilot, Gemini, HiredScore) to improve sourcing efficiency and recruiter productivity
- Deliver a fast, transparent, and candidate-centric experience at every stage—from initial outreach to offer acceptance and onboarding hand-off
- Provide prompt acknowledgments and status updates at key milestones; ensure no candidate is left without a response
- Utilize automated scheduling tools (Paradox) to reduce back-and-forth and enable self-service interview booking
- Offer structured, timely feedback to hiring managers within SLAs, including progression to the next stage or disposition within 48 hours
- Close candidates respectfully with constructive decline communications to protect Accenture’s employer brand
- Coordinate with onboarding teams post-offer to ensure a smooth transition from candidate to new hire
- Define screening criteria, evaluate pre-qualified candidates, and present a data-backed shortlist to hiring managers
- Create and maintain Workday dashboards for real-time pipeline visibility, time-to-fill metrics, and hiring activity reporting
- Monitor SLAs, compliance, and key operational metrics; escalate or resolve issues proactively
- Champion Accenture’s standard delivery solutions and ensure responsible, compliant use of AI throughout recruiting
- Partner with workforce planning and operations to align recruiting activity with short- and long-term talent objectives
Requirements
- Travel up to 10 percent as needed
- Hybrid role with in-office presence approximately 1-2 times per month for events, in-person interview assessment days, and town halls
- Minimum of 4 years of full-lifecycle recruitment experience for technical talent
- Minimum of 1 year dedicated experience sourcing and hiring for Agentic AI, LLMs, AI platform engineering, and AI product roles
- Minimum of 1 year hands-on experience using AI sourcing tools such as Claude, Copilot, Gemini, HiredScore, or equivalent
