Accenture is seeking a technically fluent, AI-savvy Technology Recruiter to own the full hiring lifecycle for roles spanning Agentic AI, large language models, AI platform engineering, and AI product development. This hybrid Austin-based position sits within Corporate Growth Services, prioritizing rapid, candidate-focused processes in markets with scarce talent while upholding a respectful candidate experience throughout every stage.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a talent advisor to business leaders, delivering real-time AI market insights on compensation benchmarks, talent availability, and competitor hiring activity
- Evaluate AI-related technical capabilities and related skills, including Agentic AI, LLMs, AI platform engineering, and AI product roles, providing hiring managers with clear, evidence-based candidate assessments
- Monitor shifts in the AI talent landscape and share proactive insights with stakeholders to shape hiring strategy
- Lead end-to-end technical searches—from talent mapping and sourcing strategy to offer negotiation and closing, including posting requisitions in Workday
- Develop and sustain pipelines for scarce AI talent by leveraging diverse channels such as employee referrals, social media, industry forums, GitHub, OSS Mining, and other networks
- Utilize AI tools and automation (for example Claude, Copilot, Gemini, HiredScore) to boost sourcing efficiency and recruiter productivity
- Provide a fast, transparent, and candidate-centric experience from initial outreach to offer acceptance and onboarding hand-off
- Send timely acknowledgments and status updates at key milestones to ensure no candidate goes unaddressed
- Employ automated scheduling tools to reduce back-and-forth and enable self-service interview booking
- Deliver structured feedback to hiring managers within agreed SLAs, progressing candidates or dispositions within 48 hours
- Close each candidate respectfully, including constructive declines, to protect Accenture’s employer brand
- Coordinate with onboarding teams post-offer to ensure a smooth transition from candidate to new hire
Requirements
- Minimum 4 years of full-lifecycle recruitment experience for technical talent
- At least 1 year of dedicated experience sourcing and hiring for Agentic AI, LLMs, AI platform engineering, and AI product roles
- At least 1 year of hands-on experience using AI tools for targeted sourcing (e.g., Claude, Copilot, Gemini, HiredScore, or equivalent)
- Ability to travel as needed, typically less than 10%
- Hybrid work arrangement with remote and in-office options; in-office time required 1-2 times per month for activities such as Third Thursdays, ERG events, in-person interview assessment days, and HR/recruiting town halls
